Can I get a free consultation regarding divorce?
Hello, I have from my husband because he abused me and drink separately. I moved back to California, where I lived from his home in Utah. We have been married for 3 months gewesen.Jetzt I want to divorce him. Since I still do not work, I get a free divorce consultation to clarify how and when can I file for divorce. Where should I go to the court? Thank you.

I went with my son to several free consultations. Basically they are a income pitch, a time to bash other attorneys and lots of empty promises.
Find a great attorney through word of mouth. Check out his/her credentials, read reviews. This might be the fight of your life, do it right. Good luck.
